    • 40 ml RUNES Vodka
    • 1x cardamom pod
    • 10 ml sugar syrup (Giffard Sucre de Canne)
    • 40 ml coconut milk
    • 10 ml Fino Sherry* (Tio Pepe)
      • *Alternative: 10 ml Crème de Cacao white (Giffard)
    • 30 ml unfiltered apple juice (Van Nahmen)
    • garnish: grated cocoa bean and coconut chips

    Preparation

    Place the cardamom pod into a shaker and muddle it gently to release the flavours. Add Runes Vodka, sugar, coconut milk, [Fino Sherry/Crème de Cacao white] and unfiltered apple juice. Hard shake with ice cubes. Double strain into a pre-chilled glas with ice cubes and garnish with grated cocoa bean and coconut chips.
